We offer a range of payment options at our practice, including Afterpay and interest-free payment plans, and also bulk-bill kids who are eligible for Medicare’s Child Dental Benefits Schedule. We also process all private health fund claims on the spot and are proud to be preferred providers for Medibank and Bupa.

Is your child eligible for free dental care?
Alderley Dental is a big advocate of the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), a program run by Medicare that provides free access* for eligible children aged up to 17 years of age up to the value of $1,052 over two calendar years.
There is a strict set of criteria (set by the Australian Government) regarding who is eligible for the CDBS program.
To access the CDBS your child must be:
- Eligible for Medicare
- Aged 0-17 years old
- Receiving an eligible payment from Centrelink at least once a year, or have a parent receiving an eligible payment
The program covers a range of general and emergency dental services, including:
- Routine dental check-ups
- Dental cleans
- X-rays
- Fillings
- Fissure seals
- Extractions
- Root canals
At Alderley Dental, we choose to bulk-bill eligible CDBS patients on the spot through Medicare, allowing you to access free dental services up to your child’s benefit allowance.
